Star Trek Movie

It was really good. I am very happy I went to see it on the IMax screen because the beauty of the space scenes were definitely worth seeing on the enormous screen. the Star Fleet geeks from Utah were all in attendance with their uniforms, tricorders, communicators and phasers! To start it off, they had a sound system and were asking Trek trivia questions to win books and posters and other stuff. One of their more simple (to them) questions was

What was the color of the tribble on the command chair that Captain Kirk almost sat on?

I'm sorry, what?! Yes, I did not get that question correct! All in all, I think the whole plot of this movie was pure Trek and there were enough Geeky references in there to please the most die-hard Trekker and, as evidenced by one of the folk who went with me, there was nothing over the head of a Trek n00b.
