Hacked!

Our website was hacked recently. It wasn't the standard where the main page is removed and some message is placed there, but rather somebody methodically changed every single page on our web site to point to a Russian server (.ru extension) and collect information from everybody who surfed to our site. All of the files have been edited and fixed, but as I've been trying to gather information from Globat, our web host, I am getting nothing but the runaround. They tell me they updated security on a router. They tell me there was some email virus thing. I'm trying to get them to let me know the address somebody came into our web site with so we can see if our internal security was compromised (only two people know the password and I'm the only one who ever uses it) but I cannot seem to get them to give me anything. I continue to try, though.
