When something you have done will come back to you.
About 14 years ago I spent some time at work being in charge of making sure our file servers were backed up to tape. That job only lasted a year or so then I moved on to another position, but I just spent a couple of hours in a meeting with lawyers because we are involved in litigation that requires information from back in that timeframe and they had questions for me on what we did and how we did it and why we did it and where the data may be. You never know but you may be called upon to talk about what you have done 14 years ago!
And I really couldn't remember very much at all. It was just too long ago for me...

Isn't there a statute of limitation? I know with medical records, there is a 7 year limit in which to recall any record.
